• Strictly necessary technologies support security, session, basket, checkout and privacy-choice records.

• Cookie Settings offer Accept all, Reject non-essential and category controls.

• Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain inactive until their exact details and required user choice are configured.

• Cookie choices are separate from email, SMS and messenger marketing choices.

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how Trinity Concept uses cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, software development kits, server-side events and similar technologies on the Website. Some technologies store or read information on a device; others create related records in Trinity Concept’s or a provider’s systems.

2. Categories of technologies

Category

Purpose

Default control

Strictly necessary

Security, fraud prevention, session, login, basket, checkout, load balancing and privacy-choice records.

Active where required to provide the requested service; not disabled through Cookie Settings.

Preference

Remember optional language, region, display or convenience choices.

Optional unless technically necessary for a feature you request; configurable where appropriate.

Analytics

Understand navigation, performance, errors and aggregated interaction patterns.

Inactive until the disclosure and user choice or other lawful condition required for the actual setup are in place.

Marketing

Campaign measurement, frequency controls, audience creation and personalised advertising.

Inactive until the required notice, provider configuration and permission are in place.

3. Cookie Settings and choices

The Website must provide a persistent Cookie Settings link. Where optional technologies are available, you can:

• accept all available categories;

• reject non-essential categories;

• choose categories individually; and

• return to Cookie Settings to change the decision.

Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent checkout, although some convenience or measurement features may be limited. A decision about cookies does not subscribe you to direct marketing and a marketing checkbox does not authorise advertising cookies or audience tools.

4. Technology register

The live Cookie Settings panel is the operational technology register. Trinity Concept currently plans to use essential ecommerce technologies, CRM and email-service integrations, and Google and Meta analytics or advertising technologies. Exact cookie names, providers, purposes and durations must be confirmed through the final technical audit and displayed before any optional technology is activated.

5. First-party, third-party and server-side processing

A first-party technology is set or controlled through the Website. Third-party technologies may be provided by Google, Meta, CRM, email-service or social-media platforms actually integrated with the Website, including links or content relating to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. Each provider may apply its own terms and privacy information.

Server-side events may transmit information from Trinity Concept’s systems rather than directly from your browser. Trinity Concept must configure server-side processing to honour the applicable Cookie Settings decision before optional server-side analytics or marketing is enabled.

6. Regional approach

6.1 United Arab Emirates

Cookie-derived personal data is handled under the UAE PDPL and applicable ecommerce and consumer rules. Trinity Concept provides clear information about purpose, recipient sectors and cross-border processing and obtains consent where the activity relies on consent.

6.2 Hong Kong

Where an identifier is personal data, the PDPO Data Protection Principles apply to collection, purpose, accuracy, retention, security and openness. Covert or excessive tracking may be inconsistent with fair collection. Use of cookie-derived personal data for direct marketing is subject to Part 6A of the PDPO and applicable Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance requirements.

6.3 Australia

To the extent the Privacy Act applies, cookie-linked personal information is handled under the APPs, including APPs 1, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 11 as relevant. Trinity Concept uses a conservative preference-centre model to provide transparency and choice and to support activities that depend on consent or another user choice; this model is not presented as an identical statutory requirement in every jurisdiction.

7. Duration and related retention

Session technologies expire when the session ends. Persistent duration is shown in the live register. Related server logs, analytics and advertising data are retained only for the approved period reasonably necessary for the purpose and applicable security or legal requirements.

8. Browser and device controls

You may delete or block cookies through your browser or device. Blocking all technologies may affect login, basket or checkout. Browser controls may not stop server-side events, which is why optional server-side tracking must also honour Cookie Settings.

9. Changes and contact

We update this Policy and Cookie Settings when technologies, providers, purposes or durations change. A material change may require a renewed choice.
