1. Scope
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to Products purchased from Trinity Concept through the Website and should be read with the Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Delivery destinations
Trinity Concept currently delivers Website orders only to addresses in Australia accepted by checkout at the time of order. Planned delivery to the UAE, Switzerland, the United States or another destination will not be available until that destination is activated at checkout and the applicable disclosures are updated.
3. Manufacturing, production and processing
Products are manufactured in Mainland China and dispatched from Trinity Concept’s fulfilment warehouse in Hong Kong.
In-stock Products are normally dispatched within 10–14 days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order and personalised Products are arranged separately through WhatsApp Business and are normally completed and dispatched within 30–45 days after payment, unless another period is agreed in writing. These periods are separate from carrier transit time.
4. Delivery options, charges and estimates
Before you submit the order, checkout shows the available delivery options, charge and estimated transit time for the selected address. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, security, remote-area and public-authority disruption may affect transit.
A free-shipping offer applies only where displayed before order submission and may be limited by destination, order value, Product or promotional period.
5. Duties, taxes and customs
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the Product price or delivery charge. The Australian recipient is responsible for paying any amount required by the relevant authority, carrier or customs agent before or upon delivery.
You must provide accurate information reasonably required for customs clearance. Trinity Concept will not request unnecessary identity documents. Where a customs document is objectively required, it is handled under the Privacy Policy and disclosed only to relevant providers or authorities.
6. Address, contact and delivery instructions
You are responsible for reviewing the delivery address, recipient name and contact details before order submission. Contact Trinity Concept promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that a change can be made after dispatch, but we will take reasonable steps where practicable.
High-value deliveries may require tracking, signature, identity or age verification where lawful and reasonably necessary. Do not request unattended delivery where the carrier or insurance terms do not allow it.
7. Tracking and delivery
Where tracking is available, Trinity Concept or the carrier provides the tracking reference after dispatch. Tracking events are estimates and may not update in real time. Delivery is completed when the Product is physically received by you or a person you nominated, or otherwise as required by mandatory law.
8. Failed delivery and unclaimed parcels
If delivery fails because the address or recipient information is incorrect, access is unavailable, the recipient refuses required customs steps or the parcel is not collected, the carrier may return, store or dispose of the parcel under applicable rules. Trinity Concept will contact you where reasonably practicable.
Subject to mandatory law, reasonable additional delivery, storage, return or re-dispatch costs caused by customer-provided incorrect information or failure to collect may be charged after disclosure. Trinity Concept will not charge costs caused by its own error or a confirmed carrier failure for which Trinity Concept is responsible.
9. Delay, loss and damage
Contact Trinity Concept if tracking shows an unexplained delay, loss or delivery problem. Trinity Concept remains responsible for coordinating the investigation with a carrier selected by Trinity Concept and will not require you to pursue the carrier as your sole remedy.
Inspect the external packaging and Product as soon as reasonably practicable. Report visible transit damage, missing items or an incorrect Product promptly with the order number and reasonable photographs where available. A prompt report assists the carrier investigation but does not remove a mandatory right merely because a voluntary reporting target was missed.
10. Risk
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, risk of loss or damage passes when you or a person you nominate physically receives the Product, not merely when Trinity Concept hands it to a carrier selected by Trinity Concept.
11. Returns and undeliverable Products
Do not send jewellery to the registered office, a manufacturer or another address without return authorisation. After approval, Trinity Concept provides a return reference, secure return address, carrier or insurance instructions and any customs guidance. Returns are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.
12. Contact
For delivery questions, contact trinity.concept.contact@gmail.com or WhatsApp Business at +995 511 50 91 24 and include the order number and delivery address. Additional operational channels are displayed only after they are active.
