• For in-stock Products purchased through the Website, a binding contract is formed when Trinity Concept sends the automatic payment confirmation after successful checkout payment.
• Made-to-order and personalised Products are arranged separately through WhatsApp Business and production begins only after the agreed specification and full payment are confirmed.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights in the UAE, Hong Kong or Australia.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.trinityconcept.store and purchases of jewellery and related products (“Products”) from TINKERBELL TRADING - FZCO, trading as Trinity Concept (“we”, “us”, “our”).
The Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Seller Information / Legal Notice form part of the relationship where relevant. If a mandatory consumer rule provides greater protection, that rule prevails.

3. Eligibility and consumer use
You may place an order only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity and purchase for personal or household use rather than resale or business purposes. We may request reasonable verification for high-value transactions, fraud prevention, sanctions compliance or delivery.
4. Website use
You must not misuse the Website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content for commercial use, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use the Website for fraudulent or prohibited transactions. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems or legal compliance.
5. Products and descriptions
Product pages should disclose the material information reasonably available before purchase, including materials, dimensions, metal fineness, stone type and known treatments, care information, country of origin where required, made-to-order or personalised status and any material restrictions.
Natural stones, handmade work and artisanal processes may produce variations in colour, shade, inclusions, dimensions, weight or finish. A disclosed natural variation is not itself a defect, but this does not excuse a Product that is unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails a mandatory guarantee.
Product descriptions concerning symbolic, spiritual, metaphysical or energetic associations are for inspiration only. Products are not medical devices and are not offered as diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any condition.
6. Prices, currency, taxes and duties
Before you submit an order, checkout shows the Product price, payment currency, delivery charge and that applicable import taxes and duties are not included and must be paid by the recipient. No additional charge is imposed by Trinity Concept unless disclosed before submission or separately agreed.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the Product price or delivery charge and are payable by the recipient to the destination authority, carrier or customs agent before or upon delivery. Trinity Concept does not control those amounts.
We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before Order Acceptance. If payment has already been authorised or collected and we reject the order, we release the authorisation or refund the amount collected without undue delay.
7. Ordering and contract formation
1. You submit an order for an in-stock Product by completing checkout and selecting the final order button. The button wording must make clear that the order carries an obligation to pay.
2. After checkout, Trinity Concept sends automatic confirmations of order receipt and successful payment. The automatic payment confirmation constitutes Trinity Concept’s acceptance of the in-stock order and forms the binding sale contract, subject to mandatory law.
3. Trinity Concept may send automatic status notifications stating that the order has been assembled, handed to the transport company, is in transit or has been delivered. These status messages do not change the time at which the contract was formed.
4. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an obvious pricing or description error, failed or unauthorised payment, suspected fraud, sanctions, legal restrictions or inability to deliver, Trinity Concept may cancel it and refund the amount collected without undue delay, subject to mandatory law.
5. Only in-stock Products are sold through Website checkout. Made-to-order and personalised Products are discussed separately through WhatsApp Business. Production begins only after the customer confirms the specification and completes the agreed payment.
8. Payment
The payment methods and payment service used are shown in the payment interface before authorisation. Payment for Website orders is collected immediately after checkout is completed. The provider may perform security checks and apply its own terms and privacy notice.
The checkout or payment interface confirms when payment has been collected. If a transaction is reversed, disputed or suspected to be unauthorised, Trinity Concept may pause fulfilment while the matter is investigated, without limiting mandatory rights.
9. Made-to-order and personalised Products
A “Made-to-Order Product” is produced after separate agreement through WhatsApp Business using Trinity Concept’s standard design and agreed specifications. A “Personalised Product” is produced or altered to a customer-specific specification, such as engraving, non-standard sizing or a design change.
You must review and approve the specification before payment. Once payment has been received and production has begun, Trinity Concept may reject a change-of-mind cancellation or alteration to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect mandatory rights where a Product is defective, unsafe, not as described or fails an applicable consumer guarantee.
10. Production and delivery
For in-stock Products, the Website or payment confirmation states an estimated dispatch period of 10–14 days. Made-to-order and personalised Products are normally completed and dispatched within an estimated 30–45 days after payment, unless another period is agreed in writing. Delivery transit time is additional and is shown or communicated separately.
Products are manufactured in Mainland China and dispatched from Trinity Concept’s fulfilment warehouse in Hong Kong. Current Website delivery is available only to addresses in Australia accepted at checkout. Any future expansion to the UAE, Switzerland, the United States or another destination will apply only after that destination is activated at checkout and the relevant terms are updated.
11. Risk and title
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, risk of loss or damage passes when you or a person you nominate physically receives the Product, not merely when Trinity Concept hands it to a carrier selected by Trinity Concept. Title passes after full payment and dispatch or at another time required by applicable law.
12. Returns, refunds and exchanges
The Returns & Refunds Policy explains Trinity Concept’s voluntary change-of-mind policy and the process for defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming Products. Its voluntary conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Trinity Concept does not offer a standard direct exchange service unless expressly stated; an eligible return and new order may be required.
13. Mandatory consumer rights
13.1 United Arab Emirates
Where UAE consumer law applies, Trinity Concept does not exclude obligations concerning truthful information, price, invoices, safety, warranty and remedies for defective Products. A harmful term or a term purporting to exempt Trinity Concept from a non-excludable statutory obligation has no effect to that extent. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, recovery and refund as required by applicable UAE law.
13.2 Hong Kong
Where Hong Kong law applies, mandatory implied terms and remedies concerning title, description, quality, fitness and restrictions on exclusion clauses remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Sale of Goods Ordinance, the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance, the Trade Descriptions Ordinance or other applicable law.
13.3 Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure. Sale, final-sale, made-to-order and personalised labels do not remove these guarantees.
14. Reviews and user content
You must have the right to submit content and it must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive, infringing or contain unnecessary personal data. You grant Trinity Concept a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and moderate the content for the review function and related Product presentation. Separate permission is required before materially different advertising use of identifiable customer content where applicable.
15. Intellectual property
The Website, Trinity Concept name, logos, Product designs, photographs, text, graphics and layout are owned or licensed by Trinity Concept or relevant rights holders. Personal browsing and shopping do not transfer intellectual-property rights. No commercial reproduction, adaptation, distribution or confusing brand use is permitted without authority, except as allowed by law.
16. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to payment, delivery, social or other third-party services. A third party acting independently is responsible for its own terms and privacy practices. Trinity Concept does not exclude liability that mandatory law places on the seller merely because a carrier, manufacturer or provider is involved.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees, fraud, wilful misconduct and liability for death or personal injury where applicable. Subject to mandatory law, Trinity Concept is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
18. Events outside reasonable control
Trinity Concept is not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, inform you of a material delay and provide cancellation, refund or other remedies where mandatory law or the contract requires.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, subject to mandatory consumer and conflict-of-laws rules that apply to you. The courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings or use a complaint forum elsewhere. This clause does not deprive an Australian, Hong Kong or UAE consumer of non-excludable rights.
Before commencing proceedings, contact trinity.concept.contact@gmail.com so that the parties can attempt to resolve the matter. This does not affect a statutory right to approach a court, regulator or consumer-protection authority.
20. Language
The English version is made available for international users. For UAE-facing transactions, the Seller Information / Legal Notice includes an Arabic-language consumer information section covering the seller, ordering, payment, delivery, returns, privacy, cookies, marketing and complaints. Any Arabic version must be legally and linguistically reviewed before launch. No language clause limits mandatory consumer rights.
21. Changes, severability and contact
The version presented when you place an order generally governs that order. We may update future-use terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or severed to the minimum extent while the remainder continues.
